Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you may submit a return request within 30 days after receiving your items.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, your merchandise must be in the exact same condition as when delivered: unworn, unused, intact with all original tags, and kept in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label together with detailed instructions on how and where to ship your package. We do not accept unsolicited returns sent without prior authorization.

Damaged & Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your items arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can assess the issue and provide a resolution.
Non-Returnable Exclusions
Certain product categories are non-refundable and cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, live plants, etc.)
- Custom-made merchandise (special orders, personalized customized products)
- Personal care & beauty items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases
Promotional discounted goods and gift cards are also non-returnable and non-refundable. If you have questions about a specific item’s return eligibility, please get in touch with our support team.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive your desired item is to submit a return for your current product, then place a separate new order once your return has been approved.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above terms, if your order is shipped to the European Union, you hold the statutory right to cancel your order or return items within 14 days without providing a reason. The same eligibility rules apply: goods must remain unworn/unused with original tags and packaging, and you must supply valid proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your returned goods to confirm whether your refund request is approved.
If approved, funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account.
